money back guarantee. However any merchandise that is
returned is subject to a 25% re-stocking charges. We
will not accept any merchandise for return without prior
authorization from our customer care department. To
initiate Please call 1-800-894-2199. We will arrange
Courier Company to pick up the return merchandise. To
qualify as a return, all merchandise must be shipped
back in original packing and condition. When we receive
our item back we will refund your money less 25% restocking
charges of total value of product.
All merchandise is carefully inspected and packed Prior
to leaving our warehouse
If any item arrives damaged we must be notified within
10 days of the buyer receiving the item. It is our policy
to replace parts whenever possible to correct a problem.
However, exchange will be determined in a case by case
basis. If you receive a package that has been damaged
in shipping transit please take the pictures of damaged
package. You may be requested to supply a photograph
of the defective merchandise.
